Official Rules
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER.
VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
How to Enter
All entries must purchase a PINLESS phone card
with minimum value of twenty dollars ($20.00) per purchase. Only one purchase is necessary to enter the
drawing between
Selection of
Winner
Voip Xchange, Inc. will determine which
entries are Valid Entries and whether the entries otherwise meet the
eligibility requirements set forth herein. Voip Xchange, Inc. will randomly
draw winners from all of the Valid Entries received. Voip Xchange, Inc. will be
the sole judge of which entries are Valid Entries and its decision and drawing
will be final. The winners will be notified by e-mail,
or telephone if no valid e-mail is provided, using the information provided on
such winner's entry. Voip Xchange, Inc. is not responsible for misdirected phone
numbers (ANI) in
the customers account that prohibit a person from entering the drawing or that
prevent Voip Xchange, Inc. from identifying or contacting a winner. If an
entrant is found to be ineligible, or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of time, an alternate winner may be selected from the
pool of Valid Entries. Odds of winning depend upon the number of Eligible
Entries received. The winners will be selected on the first week of September, 2010 and notified within 5 days.
Conditions of
Entry
Valid entries must be
submitted via the method described above. Incomplete entries are void.
By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules,
including all eligibility requirements. Neither Voip Xchange,
Inc., its respective affiliates, parent, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising
and promotional agencies, or employees are responsible for any human error,
technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment,
software, inability to access any Website or online service or any other error
or malfunction or any late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries.
Eligibility
By entering into and participating in this
drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and
warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this drawing.
By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release Voip
Xchange, Inc., its directors, employees, officers and agents, without
limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability,
loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt,
and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related
activities, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of
privacy. By participating in this drawing, entrants
agree that: (i) the drawing and the parties’
respective actions relating thereto shall be governed solely by California law,
(ii) any action arising from or relating to this drawing shall be commenced
only in a state or federal court sitting in Santa Clara County, California, and
(iii) the entrant expressly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of those
courts and waives any objection to jurisdiction and/or venue in those courts
based on lack of personal jurisdiction or inconvenient forum. Employees of Voip Xchange, Inc. and its respective affiliated
companies; divisions, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies,
including Voip Xchange, Inc. and their immediate family members and/or those living in
the same household are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Voip Xchange,
Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the drawing
if viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Voip Xchange,
Inc. corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the drawing.
Winner
The winners of the drawing hereby agree that Voip
Xchange, Inc. may post or publish his or her name on www.cambodiaphonecard.us after the drawing. The
winner of the first prize will send in a self photo,
name and address to obtain the prize.
Prize
Any expense not specifically stated as
included in the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Voip Xchange,
Inc. reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar prize of equal
or greater value or with the equivalent cash value. The winner may not transfer,
redeem for cash equivalent or substitute the prize. Federal, state and local
taxes, charges and incidental costs, if any, are the sole responsibility of the
prize winners.
Privacy Policy
All information
collected in connection with the drawing may be used solely by Voip Xchange,
Inc. By participating in the drawing, each
entrant hereby consents to such use. Voip Xchange, Inc. does not sell or
release this information to 3rd parties. Subject to
the foregoing, all other uses of entrant information will be in accordance with
Voip Xchange, Inc.'s privacy policy located on its Website (www.cambodiaphonecard.us.)
in effect as of the date of your entry. The Voip Xchange, Inc. privacy policy may be revised from time to time at the company’s sole
discretion.
